The story begins
  • Ensure the proper execution of assigned orderbook and customer accounts, providing updates throughout the end-to-end process to customer service specialists, sales teams, and customers until successful order delivery.
  • Provide expertise in internal operations, processes, and systems to enhance seasonal order fulfillment.
  • Analyze and develop solutions to overcome allocation challenges and achieve the best possible fulfillment of upcoming dispatched deliveries.
  • Oversee delivery process issues, returns, bankruptcies, and other potential factors that could impact the originally planned turnover.
  • Support queries related to delivery failures, quality issues, damages, or returns and collaborate with relevant parties to implement mitigation plans.
  • Initiate corrective actions when necessary, working with key departments such as Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT to resolve issues.
  • Assist the Customer Service Specialist team with mass updates to the orderbook or manual order allocation tasks.
  • Interpret reports to identify irregularities in the orderbook and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of KPIs to closely monitor business performance.
  • Troubleshoot support tickets and contribute to training and on-the-job learning initiatives to strengthen knowledge and understanding of Orderbook Management.
  • Create and update documentation to ensure business knowledge is effectively maintained and accessible at all times
Your proven path
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Sports/Fashion supply chain or Sales Operations environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously while maintaining priorities to achieve the set turnover.
  • Strong analytical skills – capable of working with diverse data, identifying patterns and trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
  • Ensure orderbook accuracy by adhering to company guidelines and executing orders precisely to meet channel and customer expectations.
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to independently initiate and complete projects.
  • IT skills – knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and Power BI reports is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization and align teams with required objectives.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
