Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

Newsletter

  • It is so easy to do! You have several different options for signing up to our JACK WOLFSKIN newsletter:

    • If you happen to visit our online shop, you will see the heading “Keeping up to date at all times” towards the bottom of the page. There, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
    • You'll also find a subscription form which you can use to subscribe.
    • You can also easily subscribe to the newsletter during the ordering process or when entering a competition.

    In order to complete the registration process, you must confirm the link you receive in the first email after your succesful registration.
    When you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to our online shop and your successful registration will be confirmed.
    You will then receive your welcome voucher by e-mail.

  • Never miss out on JACK WOLFSKIN news and trends or the latest offers and discounts again – register for our free newsletter! You will receive a 10 € voucher after subscribing. The voucher can be redeemed on order values over 100 €. So get subscribing!

  • If you fill out the registration form in the online shop for our newsletter and send it off, you will receive a green confirmation notification.
    However, the full registration process is not complete at this stage. In order to receive the newsletter, you must first click on the link you receive in the first email after successfully registering, in order to confirm.
    When you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to our online shop and your successful registration will be confirmed.
    You will then receive your welcome voucher by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder, as certain email accounts direct our emails directly to this folder.

  • If you find that you are not receiving the newsletter directly, this may be due to it being sent to your spam folder. Check if you can find the email there.
    If you cannot find the newsletter in your spam folder, then feel free to get into contact with our customer service team.

  • We are sorry to hear that you do not wish to receive our newsletter any more. Please keep in mind that if you opt out, you will no longer receive up-to-date information on our latest products and promotions.
    If we cannot change your mind and you still wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, there are two ways to do it:

    • Either you unsubscribe via the process featured in one of the newsletters that you have already received, or
    • you get in touch with our customer service team.

    If you request to unsubscribe with our customer service team, then please let us know why you wish to no longer receive the newsletter. We are always happy to receive feedback and would like to know what we can do better!
